Terms And Conditions Of Ticket Purchases:

All ticket purchases are final, and refunds cannot be given.
If we start to develop a line outside, we may ask you to join a virtual queue (by scanning a QR code) and to leave the area where you can walk around the block, head to a coffee shop or go to a bar until we are able to get you in. We do not want to cause noise for the neighbors. We will send you a notification when we are clear and can get you straight into the venue. We appreciate your cooperation.
We have a strict bag policy. We do not allow any luggage into the venue or any bags over the size of a standard legal piece of paper. Bags are subject to search. Under no circumstances will we permit any kind of weapon.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to latecomers or customers arriving after the advertised showtime without a refund. Doors open at least 30 minutes prior to all shows, and we recommend that you arrive early. If you arrive late, you may not be seated with your party or granted access to the venue at all.

All tickets sold are unallocated seats in the venue on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend that large groups arrive early to get seats together, and we cannot guarantee seats together for groups or parties. Once you have a seat, if you would like to move seats please check with a staff member first.

Whilst we make every effort to keep line-ups as listed, they may be subject to change without notice. We will always replace any acts who, for reasons outside of our control, are unable to play the show. Refunds are not offered for act changes. If you are planning to see a specific act in a mixed-bill show, please call the venue before booking and travelling to confirm that the act is scheduled to appear. Even then, we cannot guarantee there will be no last minute changes to the lineup during the show.

Please note that sections of the audience are recorded during the shows, and footage may be used by the club, comedians and media agencies for distribution. By attending these shows you agree to appear in any media. If you would not like to be recorded, please speak to our staff on arrival, and they can assist you with seating.

Due to our licensing, we are an over-18s venue and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without valid ID/proof of age whom the staff management deems to appear to be underage. We may allow under-18s with a parent or legal guardian at the management’s discretion. Under-18s with a parent is decided on a case-by-case basis. You will need to contact the venue to confirm.

We reserve the right to eject any customers from the venue without a refund if they disrupt any of the shows or performances and/or are deemed aggressive verbally or physically to any of our staff, customers or comedians. We also will remove and report anyone under the age of 21 that is trying to purchase alcohol for themselves or anyone 21 and older that are attempting to purchase alcohol for minors. We take this very seriously as our license would be at risk.

We reserve the right to eject any customers from the venue without a refund who are deemed to be highly intoxicated and/or are in possession of drugs.

We reserve the right to eject any customers from the venue without a refund who consume alcohol purchased off-site on the premises.

We allow photography (except in specific circumstances) during performances, but any video recording is strictly prohibited. We do not allow photography of secret guests and you may be asked by security/the artist’s management to delete photographs and put your phone away.

We ndo not allow bachelorette or bachelor parties. Please do not book tickets for our comedy nights. If you purchase tickets and turn up to the venue, we will refuse you entry and you will be denied a refund.

Last but not least, we are a comedy club whose primary goal is to make you laugh. The comedians are here to entertain you and tell you the jokes they spend many hours coming up with and perfecting. It might not always be to your taste, but please remember that other people have also paid money to enjoy the show!

Main shows

Our famous main shows feature a mixture of the best stand up comedians in the world performing anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minute sets. This is ideal for comedy lovers to those who have never been to a comedy show in their life!

We have two types of main show: fully paid and donation.

Fully paid shows are where you pay a set entry fee, watch the show, and leave.

Donation shows are where the entry fee is low cost (usually between $1-5) and we will ask for a donation at the end of the show. Any donation goes towards the comedians and ensures we can continue to keep our shows accessible for people from every socioeconomic background. This is something we are very proud of and hope to maintain forever.
: Before our main shows, we will occasionally run a “work in progress” or “solo” show. This is where a comedian can run through their new one hour show, ironing out any kinks, before heading off to the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival or some local ones in New York. Every now and then, we might be fortunate enough to have a massive name come down and do a solo show.

In the past we have had Mark Normand, Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Bill Burr, Trevor Noah, Amy Schumer, Stavros Halkias, Michael Che, Michelle Wolf, and many more add one hour work in progress shows to finalise their material before heading off on tour!
