Tickets can ONLY be purchased online through our website. We do not sell on third party sites or at the venue.

We do have a returns policy that means we can sell tickets on if people have not arrived by the start of the show from our Box Office. We do this once the show starts. If there is a celebrity guest appearing then it is less likely for people to not show up. We can never guarantee that we will have no shows.

All our seating is unallocated and we advise large groups to come at least 30 minutes early to sit together, we can't guarantee groups arriving well before the start of the show will be able to sit together.

Day backpacks and rucksacks are permitted but are subject to being searched by our security teams. Larger backpacks and luggage bags are not permitted in the venue and there is very limited storage in the venue itself. Absolutely no suitcases/luggage.

Yes, our venue is accessible. We have accessible bathrooms on the ground floor near the performance area. Please drop us an email if you have any further questions/adjustments (tsccnewyork@gmail.com). When you arrive at the venue, please ask a member of staff and they will direct you to the best seating area and show you the bathrooms.

Yes you can! There are lots of places near the club to get food. We recommend the legendary pizza spot, Two Boots which is 30 seconds away from the venue!

No, you will be refused entry without a refund.

We do allow people into the shows once it's started as long as we have seats available, it's likely if you are late that you will have to sit separately in single seats. It's essential to arrive early if you want to sit together! Please keep in mind, for sold out shows, we do start reselling tickets 10 minutes after the show starts if we have no shows. It is imperative that you arrive prior to the show starting to avoid any issues.

You can buy a membership card on the front desk for $20 or come to one of our regular 'donation' shows and donate $12 or more at the end.

Nice try! We like to keep our famous faces secret, as they are often working on new material for TV or new shows, and they love being able to perform here as a Secret Guest without the pressure, plus surprises are much more fun!

Yes, We allow entry to under 18s, only if they are with a parent/s. This is a condition on our alcohol license to protect minors.

We cannot issue refunds. We can exchange tickets to a future date as long as the price is the same. You need to email us with your booking reference number and the show you would like us to move your ticket to. Please be aware, this needs to be processed at least two hours before the original show start time. We are a working venue and may take a while before we can reply. 24 hour notice is preferred!

We do not. If you feel nervous about Covid-19 we advise you not to visit our venue as it is a crowded space with no restrictions.
