As a filmmaker, Jeff has directed, edited, and produced two feature-length documentary films, Tasteless and Hungry. His first film, Hungry, explores the underground world of competitive eating and premiered at the DOC NYC film festival at New York’s IFC Center in 2013. His second film, Tasteless, was released in 2019 and examines the rising controversies that surround today’s joke culture in an increasingly volatile political climate. Hungry was distributed by Gunpowder & Sky and streamed on Amazon, Hulu, and Sports Illustrated TV; while Tasteless is distributed by Virgil Films and is currently available on Amazon and Apple TV.Aside from his documentary work, Jeff has written, directed, filmed, and edited a myriad of sketches, including the limited series, The Feed, a political satire touted in The Huffington Post, Decider, and The Observer. Jeff is currently co-host of “The Podcumentary”—which is available on Apple and Spotify.
