We’re always looking for new ways to support emerging talent, which is why we’re proud to introduce The Top Secret Comedy Club’s “Comedian of the Month.”
Each month, we’ll spotlight a comic who is either new to the club or a familiar face beginning to gain wider recognition from audiences and the industry alike.
Our Comedian of the Month carries the official seal of approval from The Top Secret Comedy Club—we believe in them, and we’ll be championing their work across the country. Established March 2026.
VANNESSA JACKSON – WINNER JULY 2026
We’re delighted to announce that our Comedian of the Month for July is the amazing Vannessa Jackson.
Vanessa has been performing with us since we opened, and we feel incredibly privileged to consider her one of our regulars. She has been a part of our journey from our humble beginnings to now where we are selling out some shows!
She is one of the best comics on our roster—and that’s saying something, because we work with the very best! We’re incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved and can’t wait to see what she does next.
JARED WATERS – WINNER JUNE 2026
We’re delighted to announce that our Comedian of the Month for June is the incredible Jared Waters.
He only just started performing with us a couple of months ago and since then has been promoted to a closer! He has a natural talent.
His energy and talent is that of a future household name and we are truly honoured to be here and witness it before he becomes an arena selling comic. Come along to the club and check him out for yourself. You won’t regret it!
COLIN ARMSTRONG – WINNER MAY 2026
We’re delighted to announce that our Comedian of the Month for May is Colin Armstrong.
Colin first did a spot with us in February and has been on pretty much every week since. He went from auditioning to being a closer within a matter of weeks!
He provides incredible energy to every audience, from small shows to sell outs. He is quick-witted and perfectly handles every crowd interaction. Colin definitely is one to watch and we at Top Secret cannot wait to see him skyrocket!
PHILIPP KOSTELECKY – WINNER APRIL 2026
We’re delighted to announce that our Comedian of the Month for April is Philipp Kostleckey.
Philipp first performed at Top Secret in August 2021 and has been a regular ever since. When he later moved to New York, we weren’t far behind—and since opening in December, he has become a key part of our weekly lineups.
He’s also recently begun performing at the Comedy Cellar, a fantastic milestone in his career. We couldn’t be prouder of everything he’s achieved so far, and we’re excited to see what he does next.
ANDRE DE FREITAS – WINNER MARCH 2026
Andre has been performing at the Top Secret Comedy Club for years, and just a few months before we opened our US venue, he made the move to New York City. Within weeks, he became our resident MC.
In 2023, he debuted his first solo hour at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, earning multiple five-star reviews. Since then, he’s continued to grind, and in 2026 he achieved a major milestone—being passed at the iconic Comedy Cellar.
We want to say a huge thank you to Andre, and a big congratulations—your hard work has truly paid off. We wish you all the best on your European tour, and we’ll see you when you’re back in NYC!
